My wife and I just started a 24 day challenge. We need to lose weight. We did this previously and had good results so we decided to do it again. My goal is to be at 200# at the end of 24 days. That means I have to lose 26# in that time period. We began Monday and my weighin was 226#. As of this morning I weighed 223.5#. Maybe I can make it.
